🎉 Welcome Back, Highlanders! 🎉
As we kick off another exciting year at Webster County High School, we're thrilled to introduce something new and special to spark our school spirit—our brand new Spirit Stick! This impressive creation stands over 6 feet tall and was created by our very own Mrs. Beth Roberts as a tribute to every grade from 7th through Seniors. It’s more than just a stick; it’s a symbol of our unity, pride, and Highlander spirit.
The Spirit Stick will be awarded during the annual Homecoming Pep Rally in September to the grade that shows the most school spirit and earns the most points by participating in a variety of activities throughout Homecoming Week. But that’s not all! Each year, Mrs. Roberts will document the winning grade on the back of the stick, in their section, as a lasting tribute to their victory. This new tradition is here to inspire and unite us as we show our Highlander pride all year long!
So get ready to bring your A-game, Highlanders! Let’s see which class will claim the first victory and take home the Spirit Stick this year!
Let’s make this year one to remember—full of energy, pride, and Highlander spirit! 💙🏴
